World Book Day

World Book Day 2025 was a fantastic celebration filled with creativity, imagination, and a love for reading! The school was a vibrant display of colours as children arrived dressed as an array of characters from all different types of books. From classic fairy tales to modern adventures, every corner of the school was buzzing with excitement.

Throughout the day, the children took part in a variety of engaging activities. They enjoyed buddy reading with senior classes, bringing stories to life together. Creativity flourished as they coloured, cut, and designed their own unique characters. Scavenger hunts added an element of adventure, while a lively disco on the yard ensured everyone had a chance to dance and celebrate the joy of books.

To make the day even sweeter, every child received a delicious muffin as a special treat.

World Book Day 2025 was a truly memorable occasion, inspiring a love for reading and storytelling in every child. We can’t wait for next year’s celebration!

St Brigid's Day

Celebrating St. Brigid’s Day in Our School
This week our school came together to celebrate St. Brigid’s Day, honoring one of Ireland’s most cherished saints.

It was filled with excitement as all the children participated in learning about St. Brigid’s life, her incredible kindness, and her lasting legacy. One of the highlights was each child was involved in the creation of a St Brigid's cross.

Happy St Brigid's Day to you all 🌷🌱
